The federal government raised prices of petroleum products once again.
According to the Finance Ministry, petrol price has increased by Rs. 3.56 per liter, after which its new price has become Rs 88.7 per liter. According to the Finance Ministry, the diesel price increased by Rs 2.62 per liter, after which the new price of diesel has become Rs 98.45 per liter. While the price of Kerosene hiked by Rs 6.28 per liter. And the price of light diesel oil has increased by Rs 1. So, according to the Finance Ministry, the new price of kerosene oil has fixed at Rs. 76.46, and the new price of light diesel oil at Rs 65.30 per liter. However, new prices of petroleum products will be applicable 12:00 am at night.
Keep in mind that OGRA had recommended an increase in petroleum products prices by Rs 6.94 per liter from March 1.
