PTI has no alliance with the PPP, Shah Mehmood Qureshi

Islamabad: Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Vice Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf(PTI), says that his party had no alliance with the PPP.


While speaking to media, he said that PTI had compromised with Balochistan for the selection of chairman Senate. Criticizing over PML-N, Shah said that if N-league’s candidate elected the chairman Senate, he would harm Parliament and democracy. Targeting the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-N, Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that the N League is on the path of the collision. They should think who they were who did not support them despite being together.

Although, on March 3rd, in the election for the chairman Senate, Sadiq Sanjrani of Balochistan had become successful. Sadiq Sanjrani, a candidate of the opposition alliance got support from Tehreek-e-Insaf, PPP, MQM MQM and independent senators of Balochistan. However, PTI chairman IK has denied the possibility of an alliance with the PPP.
